So yeah looking forward to just doing more work on the regal. She'll be ok.

3.8 liter GM v6 with a bullet proof core. It's worth it. Only 85k miles on it. 35k by me, driving easy and consistent maintenance. Eats about a quart of oil every 2k or so which is acceptable for this engine, but I'm going to replace the pcv filter and valve stem seals which should fix that. It has a plastic intake I'm going to replace too. Gonna get transmission solenoids and some more back up parts in the like. Waterpump is new, new starter and fuel pump, fuel filter, new map and maf sensors, new throttle position sensor, new crankshaft and cam pos sensors too! Also the belt and fuel pressure regulator is new. So I'm putting new hubs and cv axles in, gonna replace tie rods and get her some Monroe gasomatic shocks. I serviced the tranny about 5k miles ago new filter and fluid replaced. Never flush. A 4t65e is best not flushed. Rotors are good, has new coils plugs and wires. Gonna replace the radiator and fans, hoses. The coolant elbows are plastic. I'm changing them to metal. Timing is good, it has a nice chain. I have a new die hard battery put in, gonna put in a new alternator that's been sitting in the back room for months. Needs new power steering pump. The o2 sensors are new but I need to replace the EGR valve and a plastic line. I have new brakes to install when it gets to that point. Gonna do a cleaning and retorque by spec on the oil and tranny pans. New gaskets. My tires are new, just need rotated. I also need to readjust the air filter box and hose for a better fitting than it has. So just that and rebuilding the interior really. The project will keep me happy and proud.
