Blaze scooter not starting.

I bought a brand new 49cc blaze 4 stroke scooter. I assembled it and got it started but it would bog down on me. I think my issue was I was not letting it idle for long enough. The next day I let it idle for a couple of minutes with the choke on and a couple of minutes with the choke off. The next day I decided to tweek it a little by moving the fuel line away from the rear coil suspension, making the handlebars dead straight, and putting the seatpost on the other way round. I added just a little more oil and took it outside. I pulled the cord and oil came gushing out the carb. Now the pull cord is completely jammed. The cord itself works fine but what it is supposed to spin is completely stuck. I'm at a loss on what to do with this thing next.

It’s made of Chinesium. That’s your problem right there.

@redredred Yes. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to arrive not knowing the company imports the parts from China and assembles them in the US.
