If you're talking about best cheap new car, and you only need two wheel drive (aka, you don't live in a bad weather area), the. I'd suggest looking at the Chevy Trax
Note, look at the scores on the right, and note, they care about super handling and control and stuff that you probably don't care about, but maybe something with a 7.5 or better.
