Ok, stupid question incoming…

Do air pumps at a gas station have a gauge thingy on them so I don’t over inflate a tire? I’ve never done this before

Some do and some don't have the air pressure gauge on them. Some have free air, some you have to pay for air, and some don't have a air pump at all.

1990s and farther back in time, all filling station had free air.
