Very good. I've had it 8 years.
One time , the gear shift on my old car broke. Luckily I was in a parking lot. AAA came. I explained my issue. He told me he was also a mechanic, so he could reach under my hood and physically put my car in drive so that I could drive home (which saved me a tow).
I've had a blowout on the way to class, sitting onside the highway. AAA came and towed me to the tire shop.
One time I got a call from my dad who was having car issues. He wanted me to come get him because HIS insurance folks were taking too long to get his car.
I called AAA and they came within a few minutes.
(usually it does take a little while, but they had just left a call literally around the corner).
I like having it because it gives me peace of mind being a single female, to know that if my car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, I know who I can call to back on the road.
They also have promotional deals sometimes where you can add a family member for free for a few months. I just added my mom
