After passing a vehicle, look in your rear view mirror and wait until you see both of the other vehicles headlights before you merge back in front of them.

If you're driving on Indian Highways and you witness a semi-truck/heavy motor vehicle speeding. Brake and keep a safe distance away from him.

The reason being that is the heavier a vehicle, the harder it is to stop. I've witnessed enough accidents in my day caused by these vehicles. Keeping a safe speed helps you to correct any mistakes and avert such situations.
