@helenS Its still pretty uncommon in most countries. I think only in Spain and France its more common, but I can't be certain.

@MarilynB In BC anyway (and I think most, if not all provinces) it's legal for women to be topless in public. I think there are a few vague exceptions, but not many.

@Steph34 It's not all ice and snow up here 365 days a year you know!! 😂 We have plenty of them.

@ninjavu If only men would be able to accept it as something completely normal and natural, to be bare breasted as a woman in public places. I don't think that will happen anytime soon.😐

@helenS Not in North America anyway. 😐 I have to admit that if I was walking down the street anywhere and saw a topless woman where I didn't expect one I *would* get whiplash, but I wouldn't freak out, either positively or negatively. 🤷‍♂
