Would you look if you were sitting on a beach and a young teenage woman went topless?
You might think her 'of age', but it's likely she isn't, I went topless on a beach in the French Riviera ages thirteen, and i saw men looking at me. Am I at fault for going topless, or.....?

@iamonfire696 I said we can admire topless women and NOT be annoyed at seeing them I NEVER mentioned age!! Men have been allowed to be topless for age and no problems Where is equality?? Are you against that??
@Strictmichael75 This is not an equality issue. Equality is about real steps like audits to ensure in companies women are paid the same as men for the same role, etc.
@Strictmichael75 I am against you admiring a 13 year old. You were replying to a thread where the OP asked specifically about HER being topless and 13.
I went topless on a beach in the French Riviera ages thirteen,
@Strictmichael75 Yes and stringent policies against sexual harassment in society and the workplace, etc (why I say etc to include many more things) but this is about pervs looking in a certain way and checking out a 13 year old girl sunbathing.
@iamonfire696 So children are topless, some children are naked! I am not talking about age but a concept, something above your understanding I have seen people complaining against women breastfeeding in public, a NATURAL human concept Stop looking to belittle people, I made a general opinion so stop perverting opinions Get a life
@Strictmichael75 Child nudity is seen differently in the USA to the UK, granted. But the point is OP commented on creeps staring at her and others are justifying this behaviour.
