I Had A Bad Experience At A Theme Park

I am supposed to be going to an amusement park next weekend with my friends as a break from exams. But I really don't want to go. Last time I went I got soaked on a log flume and was in a really bad temper for the rest of the day because people were making fun of me 😞

Just don't go on the rides that'll get you wet? There are usually benches near each ride

That water is nasty - I don't like them

Do you have one of those draw string backpacks - they're light weight and you can stuff your clothes in them and a water bottle. Don't forget to drink a lot of water esp if it's hot out

I got wet on a flume once and hated going round in wet clothes. I always take spares now because it's fun to get wet as long as you can change afterwards :)

Take a change of clothes with you and don't worry too much about getting wet. It's all part of the fun!

@TammieBear: Try to think of it positively, the wetter you get the more you've experienced in the amusement park. If you really hate water, then perhaps just avoid those rides.
