Can't believe I got work off to go on vacay for four days!

I feel like my job controls my life sometimes. They're gonna be running on less than a skeleton crew without me, I feel kind of guilty about it

That's why it's so important to delegate. The company/department has to run smoothly with or without you.

You will be missed.
