Almost noon here on Mahé at Beau Vallon!

We have today and the better part of tomorrow and we will be flying back to Rome. It has been a beautiful short holiday, ten days in paradise!

The reality of the islands is not so great. There’s an article in the newspaper that says the Seychelles landfill site is almost at capacity. How desperately sad that even paradise has garbage overflowing and marring it’s idyll.
