Eating out, do it much lately?

It's gotten so expensive. I wouldn't mind going out for lunch but i can make better stuff myself. I stood too much yesterday so need to take it easy today. Had a horrible leg cramp last night. What else coyld i do that gets me out of the house but is relaxing?
