You got to know this would be highly subjective. There are thousands of them in Vegas. 🤣
I doubt anyone has been to a small fraction of them. Even by local residents.
You might want to limit it by type of cuisine. Say by steak house or Italian restaurant. There are certainly many of each one of them. Even just only on the Vegas strip.
BTW the Vegas strip is 4.2 miles long!
