My goal is permanent residency in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I can live comfortably 65 ft. from the ocean for less than $600 a mo. that covers ALL utilities including internet. Most of the shopkeepers and other vendors speak mostly English. The people are adorable charming and appreciate how much we help their economy. I'm so excited!
