No, it's Tears for Fears. Gary Jules is just some dude who got rich doing a really cool cover version that took off. :-)

@NigelDoes the thing is...I just discovered the song a few years ago...Gary's is the only version I've heard so...you know you get hooked on the first version you hear. Now the TFF version is too fast for me.
