It really depends on the individual AND the way you're the word most times (not all) when a white person says it they mean it in the hard R form not the soft A
@Dayman I'm just asking because I heard someone say it to my friend and he kind of had that 1 second pause and then shook hands with the guy. After, we looked at each other and he just shook his head at me 🤷🏼♀️. The guy who said it wasn't mean, he just said ma N.
@lucetta12 exactly like I said it's the way you say it and the person you say it to I know lots of black people who don't use or like the word I know others who say it evey other word
