I think some of them are still smarting over the fact that a bunch of peasants beat the greatest Army in the world. Twice.

@katielass Are you referring to the US involvement against the Nazis?
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@katielass Delighted to see your admission that your a bunch of peasants 🙂

@Kimmler If ya served in SE Asia.. or know anything about it.. you'd know we weren't defeated on the battlefield....But by an invasion of snowflakes of the day....

@erikman48 England was a shining example of the fighting spirit of a nation... The Americans came to war in support of that and the oppressive and horrific nature of Nazism....
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@williemcd I think you will find katieloss is talking about the American War of independence

@Dlrannie Was responding to Kimmler and Eric... They derailed the thread from the 4th to WW-II and Vietnam...

@Kimmler Yes, but I fail to see what Viet Nam has to do with the question. If you're trying to compare the two, there's no comparison. Two major differences. We didn't actually try to win and we're not pissed over losing hundreds of years later.

@erikman48 Did you read the question to which I responded? That should tell you who I was referring to. Unlike some I can stay on subject.

@Dlrannie The people your fat ass king george sent here were peasants. Why would I deny it, it's the truth. And those peasants, disorganized as they were, beat your great army. And your commander, cornwall, hid in shame and sent a surrogate to surrender. Then those peasants grew this nation into the most powerful the world has ever known. But don't worry, in 30-40 years we'll once again be as impotent as you. And then the oppressed people in the world will have no one to turn to.

@katielass Katie.. I'd argue or rather debate your supposition of the U.S. in 30-40 years.. but that wouldnt be on topic!
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@katielass Interesting - if as you suggest America will be impotent in 30 - 40 years then clearly Trump won't have made America great again
