Is there a word for when a car has an engine that comes out of the hood? Like in this picture.

@SW-User Sorry peekers, chopped is not the right word. 'Chopped' is cutting the floor from a vehicle and raising it inside the body, so the vehicle sits lower to the ground when re-installed on the frame. Think lowrider.

And a 'chop shop' is actually an illegal operation where unidentifiable parts of stolen vehicles are chopped inidividually off the vehicle and sold.

Not that I'd have any first-hand experience 😏
