yes she's a tad bit racist, i'd ask her reasons for htis, and if you're over 18 why tf is your momma deciding your dating and or sex life for you? i could understand if she disliked someone you were currently dating as they seem a detriment to you, but if her reasoning entirely is because of this person's race, yes, your mother is indeed racist.
