What is your bedtime routine?

Water bottle on the night stand
Work clothes out and ready
Closet door and blinds closed
Light off
Phone on the charger
Alarm set
Double check to make sure my phone is not on silent

Like, 6am or so I might sleep a handful of hours.

Let the dog out one last time shut off all the lights go brush my teeth let the dog back in put on my nightie or jammies set my alarm clock and crawl under the covers and go to bed

brush my teeth,,,take off clothes,,,,and sleep,

Shut eyes, go to sleep.

Brush teeth, Throw off my clothes and go 2 bed.
