Step back a little, look down adn say "Ohhhhkay." Works for me every time. :) It's like showing "I'm on my way to get into another room and walk away now." in body language. It usually makes the other person say something like "Oh. Sorry I kept on talking so long, you look like you need to go somewhere?" -"Yep. I really should get going actually.." "Oh. ok, see ya!" That's if the person gets it. If he or she doesn't get it. Well... Just say "Thank you for sharing all of that information with me, but, I really should get going now. I've got a lot of things to do. Some important things to be honest. I really need to get some things done today.." then wait for a response like "Oh. Sorry. yeah. Sure. That's ok!" "Ok, take care, bye!" Perhaps you can also add "Maybe we can talk again like (here you suggest a moment you have more time to listen)". But then you might regret later on saying that ;)
