I've slept 3hourz the past 2 days and can't sleep does anyone think they could help me find out

My sleep is similarly disturbed right now, although last night I stayed up by choice.

Are you having trouble getting to sleep, or staying asleep, or both? Is this unusual for you? Has anything in your life changed?

@KessaChase: Are you calm or is your mind thinking of a lot of things when you are trying to sleep? Do you drink coffee, coke, or eat chocolate in the evening?
