Try breathing very slowly - long, deep breaths. Just not too fast. If you have a paper bag, breathe into it to re-breath your own breath. You may have too much oxygen in your system. But focus on your breath, and breath slowly.

I have to excercise
@gabby: Exercise would be [b][i]great[/i][/b] for you. It's recommended as one of the best ways to reduce anxiety, stress, insomnia, etc. I need more of that, myself. Let me know how it works for you. 😚
