Do you think it's rude to not respond to a reply on your post?

I always try my best to at least heart anyone who replies to my threads to thank them for showing interest

I'm not the best at replying back to comments but I do try and at least heart them.❤

I don't always know what to say but I usually heart everyone's response. Sometimes I don't though.

I usually heart to at least indicate that I've read it. Depends how many posts you're make it though, and sometimes you post something and then go offline and forget about it

Ah but what happens if you reply and an equally enthusiastic responder replies to your reply and you reply to this etc etc... ad infinitum.. this could cause a loop in the space time continuum and tear the delicate fabric of time itself...

Well I'm new here and won't claim to be any authority on the etiquette of similar worlds, but it just seems to me that if you post something and someone responds, common courtesy would dictate that you respond in kind. So yes, kind of rude not to.

No. There's not always something to say. I'd rather people didn't say something just because they felt obligated to out of politeness.

If I comment on someones post I lose no sleep over not getting a reply. That is totally up to them.

If someone just hearts something I might not but if they respond I always answer,unless it feels final.

I usually don't because it makes the post go so long and boring for the others, but I do heart them.

I do my best to heart or reply to most posting unless they are totally out to lunch, then l don't bother.

I reply to every comment I get. Only ones I have dropped, were one made by a troll using one of their other accounts here.
