Why are we opposed?

Virtues were shared before, not even just the values of one religion or philosophy, but universal virtues that used to be the foundation of our society & culture. Hard-work, patience, humility...

We used to dream together, of piercing the veil of the unknown & discovering what lie behind it, but now we stand markedly opposed, weapons aimed & ready to fire. We've no longer a common ground or connection, and when we're not tearing each other down we're at a stalemate.

We can create a wonderful, beautiful world, while balancing our ideals with one another & working [i]together[/i] to accomplish all of our goals, each dreaming of the world to be, & striving to bring that vision into reality.
