how do you usually write? On the computer or on paper. Which ever way you do, try doing the other way instead. I find this to work and it is refreshing to do so.

@badazzbasicbich: I do both. The problem seems to be that I can't get the idea I have out of my head and written down.

@KiwiDan: maybe write it out on here but don't post it if you don't want to and then copy and paste it to a word document.
