What's the longest online friendship or relationship that you've had?

@theclocks: I have never been in a relationship, that just seems pointless to me... but I have had one friendship that lasted a couple years

@theclocks: Probably not, I mean the question wasn't "Have you never been in an online relationship"... also people aren't specifying whether it's relationship or friendship.

@theclocks: Online relationships of the romantic nature don't make a lot of sense to me. I really doubt you're the only one here. But I'm all for friendships. Or whatever one wants to call them. I think of these friendships as more of a 'people you like to type at and put away when your done'.

@theclocks: As already stated, I didn't strictly specify a relationship. However, as a few have commented, there are some who have met the spouse online.
