Do not judge me for this but...

How can I starve myself? I seem to be doing awful the past day or two and I'm disappointed with it.

I'm not about to judge you or anyone for anything, but I don't think you should be asking anyone how to harm yourself. I don't think anyone (who has a conscience) would be willing to honestly answer that question. I [i]know[/i] how to answer that question, but I am not [i]willing[/i] to.

@fluteacorn: If you really want to stop eating, do it, knowing you'll upset everyone who loves you. But that's okay, as long as you're achieving whatever goals you have set for yourself. Know it's going to hurt. Know that you will become extremely depleted of energy. You will be lethargic. You will literally slowly begin to die. Your body will start eating away at muscle after a while. But as long as you are achieving whatever sick personal goals you have set, it doesn't matter who you hurt in the process. Until one day you have a brief moment of clarity and realize that everyone around you is afraid to talk to you because at someone point, they fear they might start crying.

But hey... personal goals.
