Will Dennis Rodman negotiate the denuclearization of North Korea? Perhaps North Carolina?

Dennis Rodman was sent to North Korea by the CIA to get Kim Jong Un hooked on crack. Once the despot is hooked he will be putty in America's hands. I might be killed for sharing this information, but I feel like the American people have a right to know.
