I've just started cycling again and I'm on a high fat diet,

I was on a high carb diet last time when cycling and didn't feel that good. Anyone got any recommendations?

Bc they digest straight into sugar so your body uses the sugar up so quickly you get a crash. You need to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. And it will give you better energy. It helps me anyway
