What is HIV virus?

and what does s#x have to do with it?
I thought HIV is the one where you eat not properly cooked monkeys and then you get it or something... Isn't that what happened in Africa?

Yes. That is how it was originally passed on to humans. .humans contract it through bodily fluids(sex. Saliva. blood) because we cannot eat other people. If we did we would then have their HIV.
