Is there a way to make sure certain sites don't appear on a Google search?

I know you can include certain sites...why not filter certain "useless" sites out?

(Like I don't want to see The Daily Mail and stuff like that 😒)

Enter your search term and then -dailymail or anything you want excluded put behind the minus sign, no space

@Fangirlsarah1996: yup it should work, I tried it with a generic England elections and then again with the
-dailymail and daily mail results were excluded
