What's a better way to say "Hello. How are you?"
Apparently some people don't bother to check new messages that start with "Hello. How are you?"

I believe if there's added a little more text most people will reply if they like what they see from your profile. If a stranger is messaging me for the first time, and I haven't seen them interact inside the threads I'd go look up their profile. If they look sincere I'll be replying back. If not, I will simply leave it.
