One of our managers tried to force xianity on us

he was preaching for a good half an hour and trying to get someone to say "jesus loves me and I'm precious in his eyes" even tho she was crying and visibly uncomfortable whenever he mentioned "gawd". I reported him. ima make sure he loses his job

hmmmmm..... it's good that he is firmly rooted in his convictions, but there should be other ways to encourage team members especially when his own methods ain't working.
