What is the meaning of your real name?

Well I have two names, the first is an English origin word, it comes from the flower Lily, the symbol of innocence, purity and beauty.
The second comes from the Latin word gratia-ae, which means grace, the quality of being grateful, favor and influence.

I just googled my name, and honestly, it's as clear as mud, I wouldn't even know how to go about explaining it.

Edit: One source says my name means "Famous Friend"
