He doesn't patrol in an area where hot women like that exist.
Last month he tried to arrest a guy for raping a 16 year old girl... the women of the household (her own mom) peed on the front door to stop him from coming in to arrest her husband (the rapist)
I think people often confuse the cops that's give you speeding tickets an the cops that patrol the inner city where they know the diffemce between AK47, 7.62 gunfire and AR-15, 5.56 gunfire by the sound it mikes snapping over your head...
