Bad thoughts are creeping in again. Vaguely suicidal ones. How do I stop them? :'(

Although the thoughts are serious, the question proper is more rhetorical than anything.

write them down. and then tell yourself the truth. capture each thought, and make sure it is truthful and positive.

@KiwiDan: say to yourself "thoughts only thoughts" you are not your thoughts, if that makes sense.

@KiwiDan: me too! i'm working on this right now: even if something happens for a reason, doesn't mean i need to know the reason. i don't need to worry about it. this is good for me for anxiety, paranoia, mental health issues.
