Can a person have a headache for eating chocolate?

I've been consuming some dark chocolate for the last half hour and now I feel like my head is starting to spin.

Yes, I get migraine headaches. My doctor advised me to stay away from dark chocolate.

I still eat it though, gotta go through pain for pleasure.
