What would you do differently if you were rich?

I'd help a lot more people than I'm able to now. If I ever come into a lot of money, I already have a plan in my head to help the forgotten, ignored, mistreated, but on a much bigger scale.

@HalfCactus: on the grander scale? I'd get the homeless/prostitutes and drug addicts into a care facility that I owned with a team of people that would assist them in rebuilding their lives. They'd be given services to heal and recover in a nurturing environment and given skills to get gainful employment.
