So... To try to not want to self harm, I have been trying the rubber band technique. I'm scared to do it in school, when I want to scratch myself because of it making noise. What should I do?

@ghostdolly: Oh by the way,please don't respond to people who are not willing to understand that self-harm is a response to strong emotions and is hard to stop
@ghostdolly: I fidget when nervous. Can't draw, don't really have friends. Book may be the only thing on that list that could help, unless the teacher is talking.
@fluteacorn: You don't need to be good at drawing though...draw stick figures?Yeah school makes it even harder,i know..Daydreaming& talking to myself(not aloud) helps me in class.
