Does this make me pathetic?

I have seen my school psychologist 3 times since last Friday. I have seen my counselor at school also 3 times. One of the times (today) was both of them at the same time. I have also seen my therapist outside of school 2 times.

It makes you a strong person! It takes tons of courage to reach out and ask for help. I'm so proud of you! I'm also glad that there are people there to support you through these difficult times.
