How can I steal alcohol or something to hurt myself? I haven't been alone since over a week ago.

I don't know your story, but I've been young and hurting before. I've had friends who were suicidal or cut. And I know that life changes, and what hurts now may not hurt forever.

I'm sorry :( If you need someone to talk to I will listen and not judge. But I can't help anyone hurt themselves. I hope that happier times come to you though.

Self-harm avoids problems, it doesn't solve them. It makes things worse in the long term. I've known a lot of people who have cut. My father is an alcoholic. Short-term relief just makes a better life harder and harder to get to.
