What is an unwritten rule that everyone should know?

@akindheart: That is a hard lesson to learn. I've had some self inflicted trouble lately. My land lady had these cards with bible verses on them and she told me to randomly pick one for my daily "word", so I did. The card I picked said, "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." I had just gotten out of jail and am facing lots of fines and a years probation.

@puck61: omg...i don't know what to say...i hope you will come out of this ok..but how prophetic. i do believe and try to live by you reap what you sow.

Like I said. I did it to myself, and I deserve everything I got! That's usually the way goes, though, isn't it?😞

@akindheart: Okay. Thanks. Something had to happen. I was headed for the grave. I had been 'maintenance drinking' for 5 months straight, and covering it up with peanut butter. No one knew until the fifth month. I hadn't sobered up at all in all that time, and I went through the DT's in jail. It lasted 3 days and it was like nothing I've ever experienced before. I seriously want to stay sober, and I'm willing to do what it takes.
