.. that cosmetic companies should be put in charge of advancing Medical discoveries and cures?
They seem to be better at it with new wonder products every other week

One big problem is that cures are generally not as profitable as ongoing treatments. Which means it doesn't matter who is doing the research if they're motivated by profit potential.
