Why are some christians here scared to debate? [Spirituality & Religion]

@Classified: I just get tired of christians posting the same old BS as fact, then refusing to back up their claims with evidence or even reasoned argument.

I consider christianity an insidious blight on society, reeking of misogyny and intolerance. It stifles debate and inhibits advancement. Let's not forget the millions of people tortured and killed "in the name of god" either.

@Classified: What about children becoming members of other religions? Do you keep a list of "approved religions"? Presumably Satanism isn't on it. Why not?

Calling Christianity an insidious blight is not really tolerant either you know 😉. When you talk about the killing it sounds like Christianity isn't the only one you have problems with though.

@Sharon: Well it's simple. I believe in Jesus so I hope people become Christians and not follow another religion because I simply believe they are not true.

About satanism I've heard some bad stuff. I'll say up front I can't prove it, but I've heard from people I trust they go out to kidnap children for rape en ritual sacrifice.

@Classified: I see. Have you actually met any Satanists or have you just swallowed the christian propaganda about Satanism without question?

I've actually met quite a lot of christians so I know what they can be like - full of hate and completely intolerant of other religions or beliefs.

@Sharon: I don't know if I've met any satanists, I can't tell from the outside. And I've been told in private. No big screens and propoganda banners or a dude with a microphone.

I know there are hateful christians. We're not all the same. And to be honest. You appear to me to be quite hateful and intolerant towards Christianity.

@Classified: You're right, I don't like christians. I don't like the way they look down on others. I don't like the way they think they have the right to force their views on to the rest of us, or tell us how to live our lives.

@Classified: That's the majority of those I've met - and (just for good measure) those I've been told about.

@Classified: You're lucky. You can see some of their hate filled and intolerant posts on this site. A lot of them have blocked me because I challenge their bullshit.
