Even my dog is overwhelmingly disappointed in me. Damn!

@Meowsolini: Jail. I covered it up for months, (drinking) but the inevitable happened and I drove into a deep ditch. It almost seems like I did it on purpose. No car. Soon to be homeless. Jobless. and my best friend no longer trusts me at all.

@Meowsolini: No. Not rock bottom, but too close for me. I'm going into a 90 day rehab. I honestly thought I was finished being stupid. I had seven years of sobriety, until 2014. Then I started slipping every 6 to 8 months, and then about five months ago, I started self medicating daily, and I started getting real sick when I would start to sober up, so I pretty much stayed drunk for 5 months. I was covering my breath with peanut butter, and no one knew for around 4 months, then at the fifth month disaster struck, just like it always has when I would start drinking again.

@puck61: 🤗 I am so glad to hear that you are going to get help!

@fairone: I earned my trouble fair and square. Although I 'was' what you would call a 'bottle baby' and I come from several generations of severe alcoholics. I'm a grown man though, and there is no excuse or justification.

@Meowsolini: Yeah. Me too. The VA has a program called "90 day Works" It's good way to start over.

@puck61: Bravo!!! I am proud of you. I am sure it cannot be easy.
