I think there's a strong possibility he'll be forced to stand down as being psychologically unfit to govern. I understand people respond to confidence, and I've been taken in by the odd sociopath in my time. However, they didn't have access to an arsenal of weaponry that can change the future of this planet. At least do some tests. Nothing to lose, everything to gain. If all the wheels are running fine upstairs, let him do his thing. If not, perhaps it's time to be a bit grown-up and responsible.
