@Lunadelobos: A lot of people do not understand that holding a resentment fucks them up more than what pissed them off in the first place.

@KarmaLives: It can take years to let go of really horrible trauma things though.
Especially when one's tool box of supports is kind of depleted.

Sometimes you can't really [b]fix[/b] yourself bc you've been so shattered. Pieces are missing..

But I guess the letting go, it can happen even though you've been fkd.
'Cause, it is a spiritual, intentional thing.
