Ever regretted NOT starting a small business?

Many years ago when I lived in the midwest my partner and I used to see old barnwood shacks etc. I told him, "we should be collecting that old wood, someday they will be worth a lot of money"...These days you can't buy authentic old barnwood for less than $3.00 per foot. DANG!!

Aw you missed your chance to make a good profit, damn it. Yeah I regret not buying property and letting it out when i had a chance,also regret not buying my own cafe. But doesn't really bother me much now.
