My husband boycotted United 30 years ago. He was in the Army and they treated Soldiers like dirt.

My luggage was recently pilfered while in the custody of United Airlines. It was a costly personal loss.

@Angel01: Well needless to say, I won't fly with them in the future, if I have a choice in the matter. Besides, I like Southwest.
